Your username and passcode are listed in the survey invitation email sent on February 3rd. If you did not receive this email and have confirmed it's not in your spam or junk folder, please contact your principal to confirm that you are on your school's teacher roster.
Invitation emails will begin sending at 5:00 a.m. CST on February 3rd. Invitations are delivered on a rolling basis, and all are expected to be sent by mid-afternoon
If the passcode you were provided does not work, please click the "Forgot your passcode" prompt below to generate a new one. Note: Requesting a new passcode before you receive your survey invitation may delay invitation processing.
Before beginning the survey, carefully review the school listed in your invitation. If your school assignment is incorrect, please email impact-surveys@uchicago.edu to request an update before participating. Once your assignment is corrected, UChicago Impact will issue a new survey invitation.
